National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides funding support to approved participants in order to help them achieve their goals and help them work towards increased independence, participation in work/education and community involvement.
We are NDIS registered
Super Rehab is a registered NDIS provider to provide Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology services and provides service to NDIS, plan managed and self-managed participants. Super Rehab is passionate about partnering with NDIS participants to deliver effective and evidence-based interventions. Our practice is built on innovation and outside the box thinking which consistently delivers improvement for our NDIS participants.
Super Rehab therapists have worked hard to keep up to date on ways to navigate the NDIS system as efficiently as possible and will work closely with our clients to help them achieve their goals.Our therapists are able to complete comprehensive assessments and reports prior to your NDIS planning meeting to ensure that all of your physical and functional needs are considered in the planning meeting and included in your plan for the year.
Our policies and processes
As a registered provider, we have a range of policies which are designed to guide our organisation into making decisions more confidently and efficiently, meet compliance requirements and establish clear responsibilities, including Complaint policy, Incident policy, Participant rights policy, Decision making and consent policy. We also have a range of processes which are designed to provide step-by-step instructions on how Super Rehab should carry out certain tasks and help to increase quality, efficiency and consistency of services provided, including Manage complaint process, Manage incident policy.
Communication with you
Communication with you about the provision of supports is responsive to your needs and can be provided in the language, mode of communication and terms that you prefer. We now can access funded language interpreting services on behalf of non-English speaking NDIS participants and we have EASY READ documents available for you.You are also encouraged to engage with your family, guardian, carer and chosen community throughout our service.
